Never felt American Lounges got the point. Absolutely agree (unsurprisingly) the international ones are just better executed.

Mainly, I just want to unwind a bit and then get home. I know people who pick routing to get a specific lounge (turkish airlines Istanbul for instance) but I don't think I've sunk that low yet.

My partner frequently observes a sense of entitlement is very ugly. I think I agree, but I'd like another free beer and some of that quiche first.
