This is a pretty vague article - it doesn't mention names, institutions, or even where this evidence was discovered.

I did a quick search, and found a couple other articles that expound on the details.

SAR sounds like it’s doing the heavy lifting here. Can anyone shed light on how SAR and ML works together? Radar data fed into feature identification?
