I have no idea how their Discover "algorithm" works. At this point I think it's using posts I clicked on to block the author of as ones it thinks I'm interested in (it definitely is using that for suggested accounts to follow). I tried using the feedback feature on what posts I want to see more/less of but there's been no obvious improvement.
