This is news to me. I ran a ctrl+f for '30' and 'thirty' in the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Service Terms - and I didn't see that anywhere. This is a huge incongruence with my previous understanding. Sam just testified to this in the hearing that it's for 'trust and safety.'
