It'd be interesting to flip some of these around & apply them to craftsfolk modes. We probably wouldn't want to try to re-interpret executive mode through these lenses, but I definitely felt like the split among mundane/mystical/meta also applied to engineering styles around me. Whether we are focusing on just-works simple design (mundane), building bigger scope/vision attempts (mystical) or trying to understand the balance/trends/whatever (meta).
