I found the Teams UI confusing and it became one of those "places information goes to get lost" tools (see also: Asana), when I had to use it for a while about a year ago.

[EDIT] also like Asana, I gather people who were in it & related MS tools basically all day—so, managers and similar—thought it was fine.
