ngrok is amazing and open.

When it's not down, like now or most of the time. :(

I used ngrok pretty heavily a couple months ago for a period of weeks and it never never down when I was using it. This is the first time I've ever seen ngrok (service or site) down.

do these support sni/https correctly? Last time I checked localtunnel/ngrok, it did not. Pagekite does.

I agree that putting all that logic and template vars into a template is confusing. Hard to create mocks of what the HTML should actually be structured like. Im using Jade so I can be terse and pre-compiling the templates. While in my Backbone application, I apply DOM-like rendering with Plates.js.

Look at the difference in time when using a simple 'helloworld' password with and without spaces. https://www.grc.com/haystack.htm

Also, for some more reading on why using spaces will make it infinitely more difficult for hackers to try and gain access: http://www.baekdal.com/insights/password-security-usability

Plates has separated markup and function very well, IMHO https://github.com/flatiron/plates

trying to win over the geeks now.

ripe for airbnb acquisition.

I dont think it's clear yet; changes to the network may only require a change in software to get this VoLTE function. The document suggests Verizon is testing this, but where did he get that info? There is no footnote about it. Also, would the phone even support it?

Sounds a lot like webOS; huge amounts of potential, only to be plagued by 'being ahead of the game'. Probably still 5 years out, sadly. I really like the idea of a JavaScript OS.

Why was webOS not mentioned in the article? They have a very nice linux stack, telephony, and radio interfaces as well. Not to mention it's been open sourced (both OS and framework)

Whoa. Now Apple is providing censorship for our [corrupt] government. Sigh.

They go hand in hand, I'd say.

Seriously.. putting their petition software online is hardly creating an [open and participatory] government we can trust.
